If you're going to make the world a better place take a look at yourself and then make the change!

Yes, "Man in the Mirror" is Bram's favorite new song. And he is oh so passionate about it. Very passionate about it. Loves him some MJ and I think I am going to buy him a Michael Jackson poster for his room.

This post has nothing to do with MJ and his golden pipes, I thought it was a good leeway in today's post about my fat ass.

I haven't worked out since first of August. This is by far the longest I have gone without working out in 5 years. Not kidding. I normally work out 4 days a week.

SO, today I am back in the saddle and will be running again 5 days a week. NO wine during the week, unless it is a special occasion, and just doing what I have always done to maintain a size 4/6.

Not. one. pair. of jeans fit right now. No lie.

This will be the last post about my big ass and love handles. Promise.

Because I am going to have a little thingy on the side of my blog telling all of the world what I did for exercise the day before, and how many pounds lost weekly.

Last you will hear about this.

Not kidding.

It is just getting out of hand.

Yuck.

It even isn't about how I look, it is how I feel. Just gummy.

I'm also super vain.

THANK GOD you're getting a hold of this. Seriously. I'm so tired of looking at your almost-size-6 fat ass right now. Do something about it!

Kisses.

Geez - I wish my fat ass would fit into a size 6! Good for you - I have the same wine rule but lately it has been thrown out the window, hence the extra poundage. Good luck!

I'm with you! 100%. Gross and just gross. I've totally let myself go again and if I don't stop before the holiday's I will seriouly hurt somebody; most likely my husband, just because I can.

I know you won't believe this, but since my 22nd birthday....things are starting to (whisper) sag. AH! WTF!?
The only cure I've found? Jogging 4x a week and spray tanning.
Also, FAIL, is just a silly way to point out how someone or something has failed. In a picture. And some people have started saying it when they actually fail in real life.
Like, you might step on a scale and say, "FAIL."
You know?
LOVE!

Now that I'm moved.. it's time to hit the gym!

What's it all about? email me if you can.

I'm with ya girl. Thank goodness I started back into the swing of things last week. I already feel better!!!! I am SURE you're not fat but I do know how it feels to just not feel right when we're not at our best self.

Laughing at starnes comment.

One piece of advice: 1 glass of wine at night won't hurt you and may in fact keep you going so you don't feel like you're all or nothing or even depriving yourself. I cut mine with club soda and really just have a 1/2 glass.

Can you e-mail me or post your taco soup recipe? Thanks for the heads up on the Paula Dean recipe. I actually live in Phx - wished I lived in Austin, my friend that I posted about lives in Austin and works for our favorite computer company!

Well, my ass isn't that big but my hips, thighs, and upper arms are huge and I feel awful. Gained back 20 pounds and NONE of my clothes fit. I started back with the trainer this week and it about killed me. Stomach virus has helped...I lost five pounds.

I don't want to hear anymore about your size 4/6 fat ass. I have already gained 40 pounds here and I started at least 10 over my 2nd kid pre-baby weight. So that's 50+ lbs I am working on. I don't know if I will ever be a size 6 again!!

BTW, on the big girl bed thing...when Connor started coming out of his room in the middle of the night, we turned the lock around and locked him in. I was always so fearful of him falling down the stairs. We are good now, but will be moving Colton out of the crib soon since we will need it. I guess we will have to go back to locking the gate and doors.
