Things I learned while on my death bed......

What I learned while seeing "the light."

by Coco.

1) This guy:

Is awesome. Took care of me, the kids, family holiday gettogethers. Such a good husband and dad. I could not of found someone more perfect for me. I love him to pieces. He loves me to pieces. The kids worship the ground he walks on, as he worships the ground they walk on. I am blessed.

BUT, I am certain he would be living like this:

If it was not for yours truly. Sorry babe. You aren't as tidy as you should be at age 33. I partially blame myself for this. But mostly blame your mother. Sorry Iddy. You know it's true, you've said it yourself.

2) I have been buying the below orange juice for three years now. It is the only oj that Coco will purchase.

They "were out" according to the Hubs and he brought home something else. And it was like drinking pee pee. "Simply Orange" is "simply" the best. Trust me.
You're welcome.

3) I have seriously thought we had a lemon of a dishwasher. I have had numerous repairmen out to our home to see what in the hell is wrong with the thing. While grocery shopping the day before I got the plague, I picked up these little gems:

Life changing. Perfection. Perfection. Perfection. My dishes are like new. My flatware is gleaming. Even dishes that I have left in the dishwasher cycle after cycle after cycle, determined that the bitches will get clean, are now back in their proper homes after months. Tucked nicely away in the cabinets. Clean as a whistle.
Trust me on this one.
Again, you're welcome.

4) Television gets very boring and stupid after a day in bed. A girl can only watch so much, "First 48" or "Ghosthunters" before she gets a wee bit creeped/freaked/paranoid out.

Thanks to my trusty new laptop, I watched a few shows that People magazine had on their "2009 BEST" list.

"Modern Family" being one.

I totally get the hype. HILARIOUS!

5) I want this:
for my 6 year anniversary.
(that really isn't anything I learned. totally already knew this. i just want it badly and thought i would throw it out there. hubs reads the blog daily and i thought this might trick him or something. i'm crafty like that. and pretty.)

6) During my online television journey of love. I also watched "Glee."

aaannnnnddddd I'm hooked. It is SO Coco. Lots of singing and dance routines. Thank GOODNESS for DVR. It is going to take lots of practice to learn all of them. Whew!

I need more television like I need another hole in my head. I am just going to avoid "The Real World D.C." altogether this season. Avoiding it at all cost. Period. No matter how desperate I get. I do not need another season of "The Real World" to haunt me every Wednesday night. It's been 21 years of this nonsense and I still can't shake it. Total monkey on my back.

Life is so hard. Geez!

7) "He's just not that into you."

PARECIOUS! Loved it and in fact, watched it three times while debating whether to call 911 or not.

8) "The Family Stone"

I have actually seen this movie before. But totally forgot how FREAKING STUPID IT IS!! People liked it. And I just don't get it. The characters were super rude to their guest. RUDE. Sara Jessica Parker acted like a weirdo idiot. HATED IT! Could NOT even watch 20 minutes of it and had to turn it off or I was going to start punching puppies and kittens. AWFUL. VOMIT. So bad, that I watched a "Wizards of Waverly Place" marathon and enjoyed it.

That Selena Gomez is darling. Darling.

Okay. That is all. Just some things that I saw more clearly after almost dying and thought I would share with all of you.

I'm glad to be well, all my bebes are home and I have a great week to look forward to!!

Life as Coco is pretty neat.

Ta-ta for now!!

p.s. Is it bad that I told Bram earlier today that he has been saying "banana" wrong and it is really called "KAnana, with a K, not a B."

He just walked in asking for another "Kanana." Hubby doesn't think it is funny but I am pissing myself as I am typing this.
Kanana! hehehehehe

I'll tell him the truth this morning.

As soon as he request a "kanana" with his breakfast.

Ok, totally going to the grocery today to get the Powerball Finish whatevers. Need them bad. I, too was getting
PISSED at my dishwasher. Thank you! Love the ring. Gorgeous. Would look so pretty on Coco.
Kanana?? OH......your poor children. I'm already picturing Bram at school fighting with another snot-nosed kid about if it's a banana or a kanana. Poor Bram.

Powerball Finish question: does it assist with drying? That's the downfall of my dishwasher no matter how much Jet Dry I use.

Glad to know about the Powerball...I'm going to try it but I think the problem is that my dishwasher is 14 years old and was a floor model when I bought it. I just hope you can convince Bram that is really is Banana!

I totally agree with the dishwasher tabs. Nothing else like them.
Hated Family Stone too but LOVED He's just not that into you.
Couldn't agree more on Modern Family but haven't gotten into Glee quite yet.
As for Kanana? Not sure so.. my friends do call me DeNanner.. short for DeAnna the Banana!

I'm glad that you are feeling better. We have orange juice issues here too. We only buy that kind, with extra pulp. Modern Family and Glee, I thought you were just like me, how could you have no seen them!! And the dishwasher stuff, hilarious we use that too. Do I need to print up my shopping, tv, and movie list for you?

Seriously -- I don't know who is funnier -- you or Casey -- but I have to have my daily dose of both of you! I almost peed my pants reading this post!

So glad you are feeling better! Have a great week!

Funny, today I wrote random things, and you wrote things you learned. WTF is going on around here?
Kanana? Seriously? New low.
We only drink Simply Orange, but Lainy and Tony both prefer V8 Orange Fusion. Totally weird OJ, but they love it.
I could have told you how stupid Family Stone is by name and cover alone. I'm glad you were delirious, otherwise I'd have to come over and smack you.
Selena Gomez is the cutest little person. Maybe even cuter than Maggie G. No?
Glad you're feeling back to your normal self! Missed you!

I only use those electrasol(now finish) tabs. They clean so good...they do it like its their job! LOL

I only really like Tropicana no pulp with calcium OJ. Simply orange is next if I have a coupon.

and can I say I was dying laughing about the Kanana!!!!

I didn't like family stone either!!! we are so much alike. I think I need to make a road trip to your town to hang in 20ten!!!!!

Glad you aren't dead and are on the mend. I love ya!!!

Glad you're feeling better finally!

I agree that it's times like that when you see how awesome your husband is. My moment happened to be on the 8 hour drive back to Texas from New Orleans as I was sick and hungover the whole 8 hour trip and my husband had to keep stopping and helping me as I got sick. Very lady like.

My kids have both been good speakers and rarely mispronounce anything from the time they were 2 but the occasional "pasketti" is so cute that I wouldn't correct them. My husband wondered if them pronouncing things incorrectly was worth entertaining me. Of course it was. Bram is never going to trust you again but at least mommy is entertained. :)

Totally going to start Glee and Modern Family watching online as well. I don't really watch TV so I gotta get caught up online. Whole week off so now I've got something planned. Woot!

OMG, I just can't take notes on this one but you're killing me. Oh and I meant to give you a LOL on the Bram/Tessie/shank thing. OMG!

And everytime you say "And Pretty" you crack me up. Never gets old.

And you are mean. Kanana? Not right!
