Boot camp week one is o.v.e.r. Actually, it wasn't too bad.
Well, let me take that back. It was really, really hard. I am really, really sore. But it hurts so good, and I definitely want to go back for more.
I have always been pretty consistant with my working out, especially after having my first baby. But this is pushing me to a whole nother level, and I really love it. I am very curious to see what the results are going to be at the end of the month.
And I just may go back for month two and three.
